Can using GenAI when preparing final and exam assignments, projects and diploma theses be considered plagiarism?

Using GenAI tools is not plagiarism in itself, as long as this scope of use is in accordance with the guidelines and has been appropriately indicated by the student in the work. Any fragments or ideas generated by GenAI must be clearly marked and clearly indicated as support for the work. Presenting AI results as one’s own, without appropriate annotation, may be considered a violation of academic integrity.
