Your teachers have knowledge of GenAI tools and are able to recognize characteristic features of texts generated by AI, such as a specific way of formatting, lack of detailed analysis or superficiality of argumentation. In addition, the University uses the Plagiat.pl system and the Uniform Antiplagiarism System (Jednolity System Antyplagiatowy, JSA), which have built-in modules for detecting texts generated by GenAI. The teacher can also verify if the work matches the student’s previous assignments and, if necessary, ask for additional explanations regarding the process of its creation.
