No, you may NOT! Sensitive data may NOT be used to train GenAI models or entered into such tools. All activities related to sensitive data must comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data (GDPR), as well as Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13th June 2024 laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence.
